                    Then this hill was urbanized with beautiful provencal houses.                                                                            

                                ECO-CONSTRUCTION

-The stone walls of the house gives thermic and phonic inertia

-The chestnut wood carpentry are regularly waxed

-The terrace is paved with tiles of Salernes

-The pool, above ground, is shaped with projected cement. The bath is tiled in Briard enamels

-The tiles are an artisanal product

-The entrance door is a 19th century

-The windows are double-glazed for thermic and sound insulation

                Everyone can contribute to safe-guarding the planet with concrete and practical actions

-Reduce energy costs

All home appliances are bought according to their low consumption of water and electricity. The off-hours program, after 1H, can be selected

-Reducing waste

We encouraged you to participate in the selective sorting (to reduce garbage dumped on the street and preserve the environment). The garbage container is attached to an electric pole

Packaging and magazines  has to be placed in the yellow container

Common house's waste has to be placed in the green container

The glass has to be placed in the green town containers rue "le Boeuf"

-Save water

Ecological and economic flush are installed

-The use of non-harmful cleaning products

Microfiber cleaning goods, white vinegar, household products labeled "NF environnement" are used during the household.

-Lighting of the pool

The pool LED light is energy efficient. Solar panels to illuminate the property are in project

                       AN ECOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT OF THE HOUSE

The surroundings of the villa are maintained and populated with protected species : Orchids, Aloes, birds of paradise...

              The leaves are collected and some are left on site to limit waste and produce natural fertilizer. Trees are pruned and small pieces of wood sticks are placed at the base of shrubs to reduce watering by maintaining the correct humidity and limit weed control.

The grounds brought in some parts of the garden, are chosen for the excellent conservation of moisture

Weed control is done manually to ban all chemicals, toxic and harmful products

            For more than 1 century, each resident of the grand Boucharel has preserved his eco-system
